  • ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Human Resources Business Partner develops, implements, and drives human resources solutions for multiple departments, facilities, and functions.

     

    We are looking for a strategic individual with first-rate communications skills to integrate HR with business priorities, build leadership and management capability, support effective performance management, and ensure optimal organizational alignment.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understands the company’s people priorities; drives systematic organizational and people strategies that are aligned to the business strategy.
    • Facilitates the onboarding of new employees to build early engagement.
    • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Manages and resolves employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Completes all termination processes, including exit interviews, and closes the communication loop with relevant feedback.
    • Analyzes trends and metrics in people data to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

    ABOUT YOU

    We are looking for that special person who is just as comfortable building relationships as they are building business strategy (you’ll have at least 4+ years of progressive HR experience doing both). You will be a critical thinker: someone who can accurately interpret and apply policies and procedures to resolve complex issues. You’ll have a working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and employment law. You’ll be results-oriented and will own oversight of your assigned business units and have a desire to see your teams succeed. In short order, you’ll establish yourself as a trusted resource who contributes to our meeting eVestment’s broader company goals.
