The Learning and Development Consultant designs, develops, and delivers leading-edge Learning & Development initiatives to eVestment’s diverse global teams.
Reporting to the Director of Learning and Organizational Development, the Learning and Development Consultant will assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate eVestment’s learning programs. In this role, you will partner with management, subject matter experts, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand business needs, performance gaps, changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. You will apply your knowledge of instructional design theory to design and facilitate creative, learner-centered, performance-based training materials in multiple modalities including classroom, webinars, interactive eLearning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant guides and manage program metrics using the Phillips ROI Framework. In addition, you will oversee and maintain eVestment’s learning systems including Litmos, Adobe, and Articulate.
The Learning and Development Consultant will have excellent Instructional Design and Facilitation skills; experience in sales and the Institutional Investment Industry is preferred. You will possess top-notch problem-solving and analytical skills, solid project management skills, sound judgment, a strong background in creative design, and the ability and desire to work independently in a complex environment. You must have demonstrated experience in building relationships, establishing credibility, and providing value to the organization. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required along with 3- 4 years of experience in Instructional Design and Facilitation in a Corporate environment.
