What it is: As Client Service Analyst, you’re the eVestment voice and face to our clients. The majority of your work day will be learning the eVestment products, services, and administrative tools as well as industry terminology.  Once up to speed, you will be providing stellar service by interacting with clients via phone and email.  You’ll also assist with oversight of our proprietary investment manager information submitted to and distributed through our website. Working with some of the world’s largest asset management firms on a daily basis, you’ll lead training sessions and client implementations using multiple technologies to ensure their Business success.


To be successful in this role, you’ll have first-class written and verbal communication skills. It is important to be completely comfortable with and capable of interacting with clients as well as your team members; this is a great environment for further developing your teamwork skills. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with other internal teams. You’ll have a knack for seeing potential issues and their resolution. You’ll possess strong analytical skills and will be detail driven as you will work with both quantitative and qualitative data across multiple platforms.


What it isn’t: If the thought of partnering with Clients, performing Web-exes, and troubleshooting doesn’t appeal to you, then this role won’t be a good fit. We love technology and metrics, as well as client interaction. This role isn’t routine or unhurried. If you prefer relaxed, quiet days or don’t have a well-developed sense of urgency, it would be best to pass on us and keep looking.    


What we need: We are looking for proof of your passion for communication. Having a BSc/BA/BBA in Business, Finance, Economics, etc. is a great start and 1-2 years of relevant experience; a high comfort level with technology and Advanced Excel skills is a plus. An inherent interest in the Asset Management industry, as well as a passion for providing excellent service to clients is required. We want to hear how excited you are to learn new products, tools and, required processes in a fast-paced environment.

A certain degree of personal accountability, creativity, and latitude are required and encouraged.
