Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will be a trusted advisor and partner to Business Leaders and other stakeholders. The position leads and facilitates the development of culture and key capabilities for the organization and is responsible for securing and maintaining a productive, diverse and engaged workforce, comprised of the best talent available. Through the design, development and implementation of Human Resources strategies, the Manager of Human Resources leads initiatives, and associated design and execution, in order to achieve business results and sustainable growth. In partnership with the appropriate functional HR areas, the Manager of Human Resources drives and deploys integrated local talent management, performance management, and organizational transformation and workplace strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, solid project management skills, sound judgment, a strong background in process improvement, and the ability and desire to work in a complex environment. He or she must have demonstrated experience in building relationships, establishing credibility and providing value to the organization. He or she will also have superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organization. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten or more years of progressive HR experience required.
