What it is: As a Contract Recruiter, you will source, recruit, and attract the highest quality candidates to join the fast-growing eVestment team. You will be responsible for account management (internal hiring managers) as well as working with candidates through all recruiting stages (candidate generation to interview to offer).
You’ll be comfortable with negotiation and passionate about the matchmaking element of recruiting. You’ll generate candidates via Internet mining (Linkedin), and employee referrals. You’ll be a proactive, tactical, and results-oriented recruiting professional who will be seen by internal clients as a true consultant who ensures that eVestment has a best practices approach to recruiting.
What it isn’t: This role is not “post & pray” recruiting; if you don’t currently have the ability to generate candidate pipelines utilizing multiple innovative sourcing techniques, then this role won’t be a good fit. We love technology, metrics, instant messaging, and cutting-edge recruiting practices. If you prefer lots of handwritten paper copies or fax machines, this role won’t make you happy. This role isn’t routine or unhurried. If you prefer relaxed, quiet days or don’t have a well-developed sense of urgency, it would be best to pass on us and keep looking.
What we need: We are looking for proof of your passion for recruiting as a destination career. Having a minimum of 3 years full life cycle recruiting experience, ATS expertise, and working knowledge of metrics tracking is a great start. We want to hear about how you’ve successfully managed multiple candidates simultaneously and how you’ve demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
