ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Client Service Analyst within our Client Service team, you are eVestment’s voice and face to our clients.  The majority of your work day will be spent providing stellar service by interacting with clients via phone and email. 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with our clients on a daily basis, assisting with oversight of our proprietary investment manager information submitted to and distributed through our website.
  • Providing client support via onsite meetings, phone, and email for eVestment’s proprietary web-based investment manager database and analytic Software-as-a-Service applications and related products.
  • Working through and bringing cases to completion utilizing SalesForce Service Cloud.
  • Leading training sessions and client implementations using multiple technologies.
  • Building and strengthening our relationships with clients to ensure our service offerings align with their needs.

Other Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related area such as Finance or Business or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience of working within the Financial Services sector.
  • Exposure to or experience of working in the institutional investment management industry with consulting / financial advisory firm, investment manager or banking institution is a strong plus.
  • Tech savvy
  • A willingness to travel to clients’ sites to facilitate meetings
