What it is: As the Client Training Coordinator within our Client Service team, design, create and execute product and industry education materials to drive product adoption in our clients. The majority of your work day will be spent building a multitude of education content that can be accessed by our clients on-demand and leveraged by other customer-facing teams to better support their accounts. You’ll frequently collaborate internally to uncover clients’ needs and the gaps in training and education content. This is a high velocity role where you’ll be expected to roll your sleeves up and deliver polished, easy-to-understand content quickly.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have first-class written and verbal communication skills. It is important to be comfortable understanding complex or technical ideas and translating them into easy-to-consume content that is both professional and engaging. Ideal candidates will feel equally comfortable delivering education content in on-demand media, live virtual webinars and live training events. Additionally, you’ll be a key player on a lean team, so the ability to think strategically, suggest and implement new ideas and act as an internal influencer is key.
What it isn’t If you’re interested in a slow-paced role with a lot of routine and supervision, this won’t be a great fit. If you aren’t insatiably curious and eager to share what you’ve learned, you probably won’t find a lot of fulfillment in this position. Finally, if you don’t consider yourself a creative person with an innate eye for good, accessible design, you will find it challenging to be successful here
What we need: We are looking for proof of your passion for communication and teaching. Having a BS/BA/BBA in Communications, Education, Finance, Marketing, etc. is a great start; a high comfort level with technology is necessary. Previous experience in B2B SaaS marketing or customer service is a huge plus.

A successful candidate for this role will be able to balance strategic thinking with high velocity content delivery. Star candidates for this role will have experience using design and media technology, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia and will not shy away from demoing, introducing and learning new tools.
