ABOUT THE ROLE

What it is: As the Client Service Analyst within our Client Service team, you’re the eVestment voice and face to our clients. The majority of your work day will be spent providing stellar service by interacting with clients via phone and email.  You’ll work with our Clients on a daily basis, assisting with oversight of our proprietary investment manager information submitted to and distributed through our website.  You’ll also lead training sessions and client implementations using multiple technologies.
 
To be successful in this role, you’ll have first-class written and verbal communication skills. It is important to be completely comfortable with and capable of interacting with clients as well as your team members; this is a great environment for further developing your teamwork skills. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with other internal teams. You’ll have a knack for seeing potential issues and potential resolutions.
 
What it isn’t: If the thought of partnering with Clients, performing Web-exes, and troubleshooting doesn’t appeal to you, then this role won’t be a good fit. We love technology and metrics, as well as client interaction. This role isn’t routine or unhurried. If you prefer relaxed, quiet days or don’t have a well-developed sense of urgency, it would be best to pass on us and keep looking.     

ABOUT YOU

What we need: We are looking for proof of your passion for communication. Having a BS/BA/BBA in Communications, Political Science, Finance, Economics, etc. is a great start; a high comfort level with technology is a plus. A passion for providing excellent service to clients is required. We want to hear about how you’ve successfully prioritized projects and workload while simultaneously putting client/customer needs first.
 
A certain degree of personal accountability, creativity, and latitude are required and encouraged. Your desire to build working knowledge of applicable financial terminology and industry best practices will help you be successful in this role and in our company. We need excellence. This means your communication skills are stellar: polished, professional communication skills and detailed analytical skills are vital as client interaction is high. We need innovation. This means you question the status quo and love asking “What if…?” We need teamwork. This means when a colleague asks “Can someone help me with…?” you’re quick to answer “Yes.” We need humility. This means you understand about lending a hand where necessary. We need integrity.
