 We are looking for a SaaS-experienced, client focused training leader to build our client training function with the goal of driving usage and adoption.  This strategic role will work internally with key groups and externally with our clients to build our training strategy and materials.


While this role is delivery-intensive, the focus is on results: specifically, accelerating clients’ time-to-value and driving renewals through continued client adoption of our products. You will also be an evangelist for client learning at eVestment, collaborating closely with the Learning & Development, Service, Client Success and Product functions to design and implement a multi-channel program that drives client usage, retention and growth.  We are looking for deep experience and expertise in Client Training to engage in Program Management– someone who will roll sleeves up to get work done. –


Your key objective will be to develop a framework that allows us to deliver the right training in the right way to the right clients at the right time. You will have expertise in delivering a digital training that drives adoption and delivers an outstanding client experience. Your ability to understand the needs of clients and develop impactful approaches to help them unlock the value of eVestment will be key to this role.  You should understand how to build content that meets the unique learning needs of different individuals. You will leverage your knowledge of how to scale training approaches and tools so we can build and maintain a library of re-usable, effective digital content.  You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced global environment building content that applies to multiple segments and geographies.



  • Working with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders to develop a strategy for creating and delivering high-impact client learning and measuring its effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of trends in the institutional marketplace and deliver client programs that align to changing client needs.
  • Working with L&D colleagues, design client-focused learning curricula that is appropriate for the level of knowledge required.
  • In collaboration with other L&D colleagues and Product Strategy, develop an overarching platform “story” that can be integrated into our client training.
  • Develop, promote and deliver learning as an integral part of key initiatives such as new product launches. Initiatives will include instructor-led training, virtual training, regional client trainings and mobile or in app content.
  • Develop a plan for implementing a client certification program that aligns to our overall business strategy.
  • Develop and track metrics that assess client learning, identify knowledge gaps and correlate learning to client adoption.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance service team that collaborates, communicates and proactively seeks out opportunities to help drive business results.
  • Research and select optimal technology solution(s) to use for managing our client training and certification program.
  • Prioritize client-training needs and develop a plan that aligns to both external and internal needs.
  • On an ongoing basis, assess the impact of training assets and activities on adoption, retention and growth.
  • Embedded continuous improvement into the client-training group and develop a high-performance team.
  • On an ongoing basis, research new technologies for delivery just-in-time training and user support.

  • Experience building a global client training program in a cloud environment.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to use simple language, analogies and other techniques to translate complex concepts
  • An innovator who looks for new methods and channels to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences that drive business results
  • A synthesizer, with an ability to help clients understand the bigger picture while focusing on the areas that are important to their role.
  • Experience building and leading a high-performance team that can execute effectively and continually improve how it works and what it achieves
  • Bachelor degree (BA, BS) required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a cloud based software environment developing client-training programs with preference given to those with financial services or prior eVestment experience.
